Audits are Coming, and Harris County Democrats are Not Happy

Christmas has come early folks! Audits are heading to Harris County. The glorious news broke yesterday mid-morning by the Texas Secretary of State announcing they will be conducting Audits over the 2020-2022 Elections in 4 Counties pursuant to a new Acts added in 2021, in the 87th Leg., 2nd C.S., Ch. 1 (S.B. 1), Sec. 3.19, eff. December 2, 2021.

SUBCHAPTER J. RANDOMIZED AUDITS Sec. 127.351. RANDOMIZED COUNTY AUDITS. (a) Immediately after the uniform election date in November of an even-numbered year, the secretary of state shall conduct an audit of the elections held in four counties during the previous two years. (b) The secretary of state shall select the counties to be audited under Subsection (a) at random, except that:(1) two of the counties selected must have a total population of less than 300,000;(2) two of the counties selected must have a total population of 300,000 or more; and(3) a county selected in the most recent audit cycle may not be selected in the current audit cycle.(c) A county selected to be audited may not pay the cost of performing an audit under this section.(d) The secretary of state shall adopt rules as necessary to implement this section.

Harris, Cameron, Guadalupe and Eastland Counties (2 Republican, 2 Democrat) were chosen in a Randomized Audits process pursuant to a new section added from SB-1 to be conducted after the November 2022 Election. Upon the news breaking, many many Harris Democrats cried foul. Specifically two noticeable Harris Democrats were the most vocal online about their disapproval of the County having election audits conducted. Beginning with our partisan progressive County Attorney Christian Menefee, within 40 minutes of the announcement, implied that the selection process was ‘rigged’- yet we all know about the alleged rigging which was done in the 2020 Presidential Election with those millions of dirty CTCL funds our County accepted which went to putting drop boxes and drive-thru voting in *heavily* populated democrat areas…

Curious why he would be so wildly opposed to proving transparency in our elections, for the 2ND time. Remember the Democrat majority in Commissioners Court voted against an audit and also filed case against one being conducted for the 2020 Election. I wonder what they would want to hide? Just 2 weeks ago the County Attorney’s office appealed my FOIA over the 2020 Elections Financial Audit to the states AG.

As soon as Christian Menefee made the allegations of the selection process being “rigged”, the Secretary of State hit back with VIDEO RECEIPTS: Video Link (total mic drop moment)

Texas Civil Rights Project weirdly is against election transparency….

It is unfortunate that the Democrats become so triggered at the thought of transparency when it comes to one of our most sacred rights as Americans. Their reactions are truly similar to that of vampires being exposed to sunshine, and it’s quite telling.

Everybody knows Harris County is crooked and rife with voter fraud. It’s about time it get exposed, and let me tell you, there is a lot of information which will be coming to light.
