Harris County Democrats awarded over $12 million to Boston Consulting Group for “COVID project management” the group also had partnered with BakerRipley. BakerRipley received over $125 million from the County in the past two years.
If anyone is having difficulty understanding that our local government is using Consulting groups and nonprofits they have formed to allegedly launder money into a shell game to further their political agenda. This should help you understand how they are facilitating it.
I do not believe that all these NGO’s are bad. Though, I believe there are bad actors which have been installed to carry out someone else’s orders.
