Harris County Continues to Protect Criminals

In Harris County’s continuous quest in destroying transparency, Marxist Judge Genesis Draper has signed an order to block public access to details of general order bonds or PR bonds in misdemeanor cases.

Protecting the “privacy” of criminals whilst leaving victims information available makes no sense to me whatsoever. Over the course of the past 3 years, the county has allocated multitudes of resources and millions upon millions of dollars for criminals and have provided minimal assistance to victims.

In 2019, Harris County Commissioners Court appointed public defender Genesis Draper to fill a vacancy on the criminal court bench left by the unexpected death of Judge Cassandra Hollemon from a Democrat party-line vote. This appointment was rushed and according to reports, was at the behest of Rodney Ellis.

Draper is a HUGE advocate for BAIL REFORM in Harris County, she has been featured on podcasts, and lectures in support of bail reform. Texas Organizing Project, which is heavily funded by Rodney Ellis has hosted Judge Draper alongside Ellis’s mentee Judge Natalia Cornelio.

Draper received campaign donations from Democrat feeder NGO Baker Ripley CEO Claudia Aguirre, and Ellis friend Wayn, Reaud.

Currently, Republican Matthew Dexter is Suing Judge Genesis Draper to overturn the 2022 Midterm Election. Many believe most if not all of the criminal court Judge’s elections were fixed in order to keep many of the Marxist Judge’s seats in place.

Why is Harris County Criminal Court judges wanting to protect criminals as opposed to the victims?
