Information obtained through the Houston Police Officers Union:
While unlawfully possessing a firearm as a felon, Cameron Houston (aka Zonell), was already on deferred adjudication for the felony Assault FamViol (Choking) of his pregnant girlfriend. He pled guilty and was sentenced to four years of probation in 2021.
Cameron Houston would normally have been sentenced anywhere from 2-20 years, but because of his prior robbery conviction he should have been 5-Life. Harris County prosecutors recommended the minimum of 2 years.
Judge Josh Hill chose even lower; deferred adjudication. The average speeder doesn't get deferred adjudication.
There needs to be investigations launched into each and every Democrat Socialist Progressive Judge in Harris County. The release of violent offenders is creating a public crisis in our County and City.
How many arrest warrants are open in Harris County now?
