Harris County, Texas, will sue the Trump administration for alleged illegal actions, including widespread federal layoffs and cuts to public health and refugee resettlement funds. Today, County Attorney Christian D. Menefee, with County Judge Lina Hidalgo’s support, announced the suit, which challenges policies endangering services like vaccination clinics and emergency operations.
