Harris Health Director Can’t Seem To answer Basic Questions

This is the head of Harris health system Dr. Porsa and how he treats reporters. When asked what happened to all the funds the hospital has in reserves (held in the bank gaining interest), he refused to answer. He now wants to introduce a $2.5 billion dollar bond program raising our taxes in November.

As you can see below. Porsa makes a salary of nearly a million a year, but can’t seem to answer basic questions.
