HISD spent $11.3M & $8.6M on wraparound services from the COVID jackpot. In addition they received money from Coalition for the Homeless and Houston endowment. Apparently, HISD now offers free legal services, shelter, food and clothing for immigrants.
These immigration agreements continue to be renewed with grants flowing in from partisan political groups

Another layer to the Great Reset through illegal immigration. Harris County and several other large counties have introduced “enhanced library cards” which will be given out to undocumented immigrants. The program was ushered in through Soros/Obama 501’s. Like Texas Organizing Project.
The Houston Endowment then partnererd with Arnold Ventures is also involved in this through GRANTS AND DEEDS
