5550 Bingle sells the apt complex to HHA/Lakeside place PFC at the inflated price vs trying to recover their 50% tax increase by raising rent & fighting Harris County latest push to prevent evictions. 5550 Bingle is now a tax exempt gov owned partial low income housing.
