This is Harris Health Director Barbie Robinson. Barbie was paraded in court last week to make claims that their “one safe initiative” was working and gun crime was down trending. (which it is not) I confronted Ms. Robinson in the hallway and asked why she refused to address one of the root causes of gun violence in Harris County— Marxist judges abusing bail reform and habitually releasing criminals on unlawful carry weapon charges on PR bonds (FREE)

Barbie chose to ignore me and sought refuge in Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s office.

There have been allegations that Barbie Robinson does not reside here in Houston, and still lives in California. When I submitted a PIA requesting how many times Barbie had used her key card to check into her office, the county attorney appealed my PIA to the AG citing “security reasons”.

Barbie once worked for the California Policy Lab, and oversaw all the wildfires in Sonoma…. The department fell into disarray under Barbie’s leadership. I wonder why she was brought to Houston to oversee all the COVID expenditures?
