After the February Freeze, on Council, I asked why we didn't have any generators. He claimed we did and that they weren't working. My retort was, "then we do not have any generators. If they don't work . . .

I worked with Lizzie Fletcher to arrange money for ALL NEW Generators with Federal Funds. Mayor killed the deal because it was not his idea and he wanted there to be no evidence that the City had some fault in the lack of water.
Arrogance.
