Paxton to Hold Robert Francis in Contempt

Texas AG Ken Paxton has filed a contempt motion against Robert Francis O'Rourke for violating a court order by fundraising and paying for personal expenses of runaway Democrat legislators. Less than 24 hours after a temporary restraining order, O'Rourke continued his actions, potentially facing a $500 fine and up to 6 months in jail. Paxton calls it a "misleading and fraudulent scheme."
