Phase One of Epstein List Comes with Awkward Photoshoot and Identical Posting with GOP "RICKROLL"
Today, PHASE ONE of The Epstein files list has been rolled out, and to say the least, the process has been unusual: rather than a direct public upload, copies were first distributed to select right-wing influencers like Jack Posobiec, Rogan O’Handley (DC Draino), and Liz Wheeler, who’ve shared images of the binders on social media. Bondi has hinted at more releases to come—implying "Phase 1" is just the start—but there’s skepticism about the pace and transparency, especially since the Southern District of New York reportedly still holds thousands of additional documents. Some, like Sen. Marsha Blackburn, frame it as a step toward justice, while others criticize it as a controlled, limited disclosure.
In this letter, dated February 27, 2025, Bondi expressed frustration over the FBI’s handling of Epstein-related documents. She stated that prior to Patel’s confirmation as FBI Director, she had requested the full set of Epstein files from the FBI. In response, she received approximately 200 pages, which included flight logs, a contact list, and some victim information—material she was repeatedly assured was the complete set. However, Bondi wrote that she learned late on February 26, 2025, from an unspecified source, that the FBI’s New York Field Office possesses “thousands of pages” of additional documents related to Epstein’s investigation and indictment that were not provided to her.
Bondi demanded that Patel deliver the “full and complete Epstein files” to her office by 8:00 a.m. on February 28, 2025, including all records, documents, audio and video recordings, and materials related to Epstein and his clients, regardless of how they were obtained. She emphasized that there should be “no withholdings or limitations” to her or Patel’s access, though she noted that any public release would protect victims’ privacy in accordance with legal standards. Additionally, she directed Patel to investigate why her initial request was not fully honored and to provide a report with proposed personnel actions within 14 days.
This letter came shortly after Bondi’s public promise on February 26, 2025, during a Fox News interview with Jesse Watters, to release Epstein-related information on February 27. She had teased the inclusion of “a lot of flight logs, a lot of names, a lot of information,” but the limited release on the 27th—seemingly just the 200 pages she referenced—drew criticism for lacking new, significant revelations. Her letter suggests she believes the FBI, particularly the Southern District of New York, has been withholding critical evidence, aligning with broader speculation about delays and obstruction in making Epstein’s full network transparent.
The idea of the FBI withholding Epstein documents isn’t new. Last year, a lawsuit by RadarOnline against the FBI to unseal its Epstein files was rejected by a New York judge, who ruled that releasing them could interfere with a potential retrial of Ghislaine Maxwell and affect witness testimony. That decision kept the FBI’s full dossier under wraps, despite claims it had tips about Epstein’s activities dating back to 1996 that weren’t fully acted on until 2006. Bondi’s current accusation suggests internal resistance or mismanagement persists, possibly within the Southern District of New York, which has historically handled Epstein’s case.
It appeared that both DC.Draino and Chad Prather just copy and pasted the talking points. The lack of self-respect is off the charts. Their ideology is monetization. This is not the first time Draino has been under the spotlight for putting out paid or sponsored posts on Twitter.
From what I have seen thus far, everything released is pretty old and this appeared to have been some sort of photo opportunity.
Oh, and Twitter’s House Judiciary GOP hyperlinked the video for rick astely ‘never going to give u up”
At least the house judiciary GOP were being honest…
