Edna police arrest undocumented man in connection with the death of 16-year-old Lizabeth Medina.

Edna Police Department and DPS Rangers arrested Rafael Govea Romero in Schulenburg yesterday for Capital Murder—He was transported to the Jail in Jackson County.

ICE sources are looking into his history right now and have found Rafael Govea Romero is 23 years old and from Mexico—He has had green card status since 2018.
