Shelby Park and Eagle Pass Border Secured. Migrants take to Normandy

Question: why did it take Abbott 3 years to seize Eagle Passes land back and block illegals from crossing our border? Why is Abbott not deploying the military to every crossing? The damage has been done to our state and our country. The ENTIRE TEXAS BORDER needs to be shut down immediately.
