Texas Attorney General Paxton Condemns Corrupt Political Lawfare Used Against Donald Trump

"Letitia James's baseless case against President Trump is a desperate attempt to destroy the number one political opponent to the entrenched establishment regime in Washington, D.C.

Having also been victimized by an unjust witch-hunt that was a transparent political ploy, I strongly condemn this monumental sham designed to undermine President Donald Trump during an election cycle. Thankfully, America is seeing through this blatant abuse of power. Every additional rigged and unjust charge only boosts his popularity with those who matter—the people.

The real crime here is Letitia James spending untold time, money, and taxpayer resources to target President Trump for a commonplace and entirely legal practice in real estate, all the while turning her back on real crime, real fraud, and real victims. The people of New York are suffering while their Attorney General plays politics. She seemingly cares more about doing Biden's corrupt bidding than pursuing justice for the forgotten people of New York. Think of the vast crime wave terrorizing New York City that she ignores while helping Biden eliminate his political opponent.

This is a completely improper use of an Attorney General's office. It is abhorrent to use the justice system for political retribution. I will continue to support President Trump during this shockingly unjust attack. The left will destroy our country if they continue to abuse our justice system with corrupt, politically-motivated lawfare intended to deprive American voters of representation.
