Texas Childrens Hospital is trying to clean their hands of wrongdoing by having these bad actors disassociate themselves from the hospital. The problem is, the Hospital administration financial department would have to approve the Medicaid charges on minors and top hospital administration would have known that minors were undergoing sex change surgeries even though it was illegal.

Dr. Richard Ogden and Dr. David Paul of Texas Children's Hospital's "gender-affirming care" are at the center of Medicaid fraud. If Ken Paxton decides to pursue criminal charges related to the alleged Medicaid fraud, the Doctors could face up to 10 years in prison.
