The City of Houston Spent $35.6 Million on UN Murals and Cultural Affairs While the Police Department Struggled Due to 'Lack of Personnel'

I really do not have any words for this. I cannot understand how political leaders could know about these issues and continue to paint murals, put up bike paths and digital kiosks while 264,000 criminal cases were put into suspense.
