As we follow on the heels of the ruling for Alex Jones to pay out millions to Sandy Hook family members, it appears as though Twitter has updated some of the big tech platform’s reporting features to include citing users for “Denying a violent event (false flags), such as Sandy Hook, the Holocaust and the September 11th attacks.” I am not sure how new this option is, but it appears to have surfaced close to the Alex Jones trial.
Another new option in reporting a user is: “Encouraging others to harass me” this appears to be overly broad and will fall on the judgement of what I would assume to be a twitter employee who will most likely suspend dissenting political rhetoric.
Would “encouraging others to harass me” include quote-tweeting people?
I'm surprised they didn't include Jan 6th as a violent attack
Here is a harassment of merissa, "she has an attractive person but nobody comes to her level of compatibility. "
