BREAKING: Forensic Audit Division Shoots Letter to Harris Election Administrator Over the 2020 General Election Mobile Ballot Boxes Lacking Proper Chain-of-Custody
The Texas Secretary of States Forensic Audit Division (FAD) shot off a letter over their current findings over the 2020 Presidential Election. Due to the findings, the Secretary of State will be sending monitors to oversee the 2022 Mid-Term Elections over the concerns they have from the 2020 Election. The findings:
14+ locations where Mobile ballot boxes are lacking proper chain-of-custody
Pollbook data provided by Harris County does not match the Certified Voter Rolls (CVR) on the Mobile ballot boxes (MBB)
The disposition of the original Mobile ballot boxes
The transfer of the eSlates from one location to the next
The creation of the Mobile ballot boxes associated with certain early voting locations
Why the Mobile ballot boxes for a specific drive-through voting location was not the Mobile ballot box which was ultimately tabulated.
Just for one location: records of the pollbook exceeded the number by 401 Certified voter rolls associated with the location.
Additionally, it was discovered that the former Election Administrator, Isabel Longoria failed to respond to the SOS initial requests for information dated December 10th, 2021. Causing the forensic audit department to make 7 trips down to Harris County to obtain documents in which they had requested. Apparently on those trips, they were unable to talk to the elections department staff or were given the inventory which they requested… Just in the last week the Forensic Audit Department just received records they had requested from Harris County’s Election department nearly a YEAR ago.
In case you didn't know (but I reckon little escapes you) at the last HCRP Executive Committee meeting, a resolution was passed approving additions to a Harris County level Republican Party Platform that included a plank that demands Republicans elected to County Commissioner and County Judge positions to move to abolish the HCEA office and return it's activities to the entities that handled it previously (Tax Assessor Collector and County Clerk).
That's a big step because it reflects what we know to be true: HCEA cannot be reformed; it must be eliminated. It was created to perpetrate election fraud and has no intention of complying with our Election Code.
Merissa incredible job as usual. Lina and her cronies need to be accountable including Longoria. There is a lot of incompetency and bad intentions on Houston's government. It is a democrat sanctuary city, there is not much to expect I guess. Hopefully Alexandra Mealer can bring some needed change to Houston. Is urgently needed. We all need to vote for her. How are the local polls right now?
