Harris county is currently on the precipice of complete destruction under democrat rule. Over the past two years, I have been monitoring Commissioners Court, alongside investigating the absolute abhorrent abuse of ARPA and COVID relief funds. Which, in my opinion, the democrats have used COVID as an excuse to fund their socialist policies, and create slush funds to enrich their cronies. First off, let’s discuss the Catholic Charities and the ties to commissioner Rodney Ellis and Felix Fraga of Baker Ripley.
The Catholic Charities have been awarded 83 million in ARPA funds for: Rental Assistance, Flexible Financial Relief, and Harris County Recovery Assistance program. Upon further inspection of these contracts was when I noticed the patterns and ties between Felix Fraga of Baker Ripley and the Catholic Charities. I discovered that Commissioner Rodney Ellis sits on the board of Communities in Schools with Felix Fraga of Baker Ripley. The Fraga family is also heavily involved with the Catholic Charities. Could this be a conflict of interest?

Not only has the Catholic Charities been involved with COVID Relief, but the democrat commissioners Adrian Garcia, Rodney Ellis and Judge Hidalgo have created an “Immigration Law Program” could they be aiding the influx of illegal immigration brought on by Biden’s open border policies? I believe this could be the case. Baker Ripley was also awarded to provide the legal services. Many of these new departments have been approved by 3-2 party line votes.
I have noticed that the Catholic Charities has been a large advocate of illegal immigration, and seem to be aiding and abetting with the open border Policy the Biden regime refuses to fix. Below is a link to Ali Bradley exposing that the Catholic Charities have been reimbursed with our tax paying dollars to assist in flying illegals around our country. Link
If this is happening in my democrat held county, where else could this be occurring? I surmise in every democrat state, city and county. I dug even further into my counties agenda items to find a few million awarded to Baker Ripley for the Illegal Services Fund (ILSF)
What’s bizarre to me, is why no journalist in Texas has reported on the financial aspect of illegal immigration and how our government is assisting in the largest human trafficking crisis I believe our country has ever seen. Is the information being censored?
Yes. See all people are is concerned about helping themselves.
