"Per Texas Election Code Sec. 66.058, the precinct elections records shall be preserved by the authority to whom they are distributed for at least 22 months after election day." Seems they'll delay this until at least September 2024. And since, according to the Texas Information Act says "a governmental body is only required to provide copies of public information in its possession", I suspect they'll tell you the information is no longer in their possession.
