The Coalition for the Homeless has received over $35 million in American Rescue Plan Act funds through Harris County’s Commissioners Court.
Does anyone else find this to be a severe conflict of interest?
In 2019, the Coalition for the Homeless received $6 million in donations, the organization spent nearly $2.5 million on salaries and benefits.

I wonder how much they are making on the back end of this deal?
