The impeachment of Ken Paxton is illegal. According to 665.081 of the Texas Government Code, an officer in the state may not be removed from office for an act the officer may have committed before the officer’s election to office. Also, not ONE WITNESS was ever examined by the Paxton impeachment committee. It was all hearsay by paid partisan “investigators”. And they were not required to sign witness affirmation statements before the committee. If we allow the impeachment of Paxton in the manner it is being conducted, it will mean the end of our Constitutional Republic. It will mean that any elected official can be removed without due process. Which is exactly what Biden’s admin and his deep state cronies want. Also, until Texas has an attorney general who will willingly go after Biden, Big Tech and big Pharma in the fashion that Paxton did, Texas will remain unprotected. Texas Leaders are capable of pushing the senate trial out for months. The trial needs to happen NOW. Whoever Abbott appoints, will more than likely kill all of Paxton’s lawsuits against the federal government. CNN characterized Paxton’s lawsuits against the Biden administration as “an unrelenting, and mostly successful, legal war against President Biden’s agenda on immigration, healthcare and other issues.” Paxton even launched investigations into two hospitals over their alleged embrace of genital mutilation of children and other abusive medical procedures to advance the radical transgender agenda. If the Senate demonstrates that due process and the rule of law will be respected, Dan Patrick can easily become, yet again, the hero needed; not just by the grassroots, but also the hero of sovereignty for the entire State of Texas. I am calling on every senate member to push for a fair and just trial NOW. I’m calling on Dan Patrick to, AGAIN, do the right thing. With appropriate measures in place to listen to witnesses and examine any evidence provided by Paxton’s defense or, deem the entire impeachment process by the House as illegal and DISMISS. Ken Paxton launched an investigation into the child sex-change program at Texas Children's Hospital, "Any 'gender transitioning' procedures that hurt our children constitute child abuse under Texas law."
Paxton announced his new investigation into whether Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson misled Texans on the efficacy and safety of their vaccines and whether they manipulated clinical trial data. Paxton was also looking into whether the pharmaceutical giants engaged in gain-of-function research. Less than one month after this story came out the House brought impeachment proceedings forward

When you mention losing the Republic, I assume you are referring to the Republic of Texas...that other one sinking like a rock went down the crapper the moment FOX called Arizona after the first dozen voters left the booth. Most concerning : you mention something about Paxton doing things in his fashion - don't tell me that he's got pronouns and has taken up cross dressing...
