Romans 1:28 says it clearly “And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient.” These people have done wrong for so wrong they can’t even do what’s so obvious. They hate God and thus they hate His people and His children.
